FranklinExecutiveSearch provides executive search and selection services with a special emphasis on finance, economics and engineering appointments, for private and public sector, regulators and international organisations.

His earlier career was with British Telecom and before that PricewaterhouseCoopers. An accountant and management consultant by background and he is a visiting lecturer at University College London (UCL).
